Our Victoria Lace Satchel is made of matte black leatherette and covered in frilly black lace for a punch of fashion. Satchel handles fit in your hand or snug over your elbow, while slight ruffles dance around the top of the bag. A longer strap is included (not pictured) for days when your hands need to remain free.
